"Very positive experience from start to finish. I arrived 15 minutes late after getting lost on the way, it was no problem with the store, they welcomed me and my guests in very warmly and had the dress i wanted to try on hung up waiting for me in the dressing room. She was so pleasant to deal with, patient, and gave good ideas to help me add details to the dress or change things I wasn't sure of. When I became unsure at the end while trying on alternative dresses she suggested that I look at a photo of myself in the original dress and it made my decision crystal clear. I bought my dress there and then, tried on about 10 dresses and went home with the dress I had originally seen and wanted. It was very relaxed and calm and we had a bit of fun trying on styles thatinever would have imagined. We were given a glass of champagne to celebrate and took pictures by the cherry blossom tree before leaving. We went over our time and we were not reminded this or given any hints that we needed to leave. Even if I had not found my dress (which I luckily did!), I still would have had the best afternoon with Maree. There’s such a great variety of dresses and they let me try on as many as I wanted - and the showroom is so gorgeous. When trying on each dress I really appreciated that Maree left us to ourselves for a few minutes to discuss without any comments or pressure. There was absolutely zero pressure to buy on the day and I really enjoyed the shopping experience without it feeling ‘salesy’ in anyway.
