They fell in love with Castle Durrow and planned their March wedding there.
Deirdre and Alan met in Galway one night in the pub with Alan stopping Deirdre as she walked by with the words “you’re very tall”! Six and a half years later, he proposed to Deirdre while in Abu Dhabi on holidays. She couldn’t resist his charms having told me “he gives the best hugs!”. Deirdre’s dress from The White Rooms in Mullingar was so stunning, with the elegant long sleeves and low rise back. She looked so amazing standing in the large window.
