The White Room Instagram Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Competition Organiser
   The competition is organised by The White Room (the “Organiser”).
2. Eligibility
   The competition is open to residents aged 18 or over. The competition is void where prohibited by law.
3. Entry Requirements
   To enter, participants must:

    

   • Like the competition post.
   • Tag a bride-to-be or their guest in the comments.
   • Share the post to their Instagram Story and tag The White Room.
   • Follow The White Room’s Instagram account.

Multiple entries are allowed, but each entry must meet all requirements listed above.

1. Competition Period
   The competition begins on 14th November 2024 and ends at 11:59 PM on Sunday, 8th December. Entries submitted after this time will not be accepted.
2. Prize
   Three winners will each receive a free appointment slot at The White Room on the 27th of December, 2024, at 9am, with the first choice of available dresses. No cash alternative or substitution of the prize is available.
3. Winner Selection and Notification
   Winners will be selected at random and announced on The White Room’s Instagram page on Monday, 9th December. Winners will also be notified via direct message on Instagram. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, The White Room reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
4. Prize Redemption
   The White Room will be in contact with the winner for booking details.If winners have already booked an appointment and paid a fee, their appointment fee will be refunded if they win and their appointment slot changed to 9am on the 27th December. 
5. Publicity
   By entering the competition, winners agree to participate in promotional activities, including sharing their experience at the appointment. Winners also consent to The White Room sharing their Instagram handle and images related to the competition on The White Room’s social media accounts and website.
6. Data Protection
   Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection laws and will not be disclosed to a third party without the participant’s prior consent.
7. Liability
   The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any entrant as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize, except for liability which cannot be excluded by law.
8. General
   The White Room reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or cancel the competition at any time, without notice, if deemed necessary in their opinion or if circumstances arise outside of their control.

   This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. Participants agree to release Instagram from any responsibility related to this competition.
